Speech Week - February 26
'At Crownfield we value the importance of oracy. Here are some recordings of our Speech Week assembly. Each class wrote and delivered a speech with the aim to convince Mrs Nacmias to change something in our school. We heard convincing arguments for a 4-day working week, a new educational trampoline, golden time every Friday and more school trips. A special well done to all the speakers. They spoke with great passion and pace.
This Speech Week tells our children that their voice matters and they can use them to make an impact. They were so good Mrs Nacmias was convinced and booked a summer trip to the London Aquarium for year 2!'
